BT Building Three Snowhill Birmingham Staging
CPS Manufacturing Co worked with BT, architecture firm TP Bennett and contractor Overbury to install demountable staging on the 17th floor of the BT Building Three Snowhill in Birmingham.
The 10,250 x 2000mm stage has a 250mm deck height. Our best-selling staging platform was selected, the Alu Rapid which is easy to use and compact for storage. Bespoke staging platforms were manufactured specifically for this project as the platforms were required to be special sizes.
The stage platforms are connected with the Rapid Lock (top-lock) system and carpeted in ‘Step In Time’ carpet riles. The stage includes a ramp to make it wheelchair accessible, which is carpeted in a darker shade to provide a level change contrast for the visually impaired.
There are bespoke fascia panels to the front and sides of the stage. These fascia panels are constructed from T & G flooring (Havwoods ‘Aspen Oak’) combined with solid Oak nosings, lippings and corner posts.
