Grimsby Leisure Centre Spectator Seating

The new leisure facility for the town of Grimsby required durable poolside spectator seating and CPS Seating LTD was chosen to supply and install over 250 seats. The high-quality Avatar seat was specified and CPS worked closely with the client, architect and main contractor to ensure a successful installation of both riser and floor mounted seats was carried out.

The Avatar seat is the flagship seat from the CPS range of spectator seating and is the ideal choice for poolside seating with its comfortable, auto-tipping features. Furthermore, the seat frame is made of galvanised steel to prevent it from rusting in the humid, damp atmosphere of the swimming pool.

Grimsby’s new £8.4m leisure centre replaced the town’s former swimming pool, known as Scartho Baths, in January 2016 and boasts an 8-lane 25m pool, a 68-station gym, steam room and sauna.
