Project Description
CPS Seating was appointed to deliver a bespoke auditorium seating solution as part of a wider refurbishment project in Scotland, working alongside main contractor Clark Contracts.
The client was keen to create a refreshed, modernised space with a clear wow factor and a meaningful impact on the user experience. CPS collaborated closely with the client to develop a solution that improved both capacity and aesthetics while maintaining functionality.
A total of 206 Asset A20 seats were designed, manufactured and installed, upholstered in Camira Mainline Plus fabric. Timber under-seat panels and armrests were introduced to complement the interior, along with integrated folding writing tablets. End panels, row lettering and seat numbering completed the clean and coordinated finish. To support flexibility, four removable seats were added at the rear of the auditorium.
To aid visualisation and support the design process, the CPS team created 3D imagery and detailed mood boards, mapping fabric, laminate and wood stain finishes to ensure cohesion with the chosen carpet and paint schemes throughout the space.
The result is a fully revitalised, high-impact auditorium that delivers on both form and function. CPS was proud to support the transformation from concept through to completion.
