Introduction
At CPS Seating Ltd, we believe in providing comprehensive warranties tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of each item in our diverse range. Explore below to learn more about the warranties available for our products and how they can offer peace of mind for your purchase.
Our warranties do not of course include vandalism or abuse or wear and tear to the seating of any type. Any required Repairs / modifications must be carried out by a CPS Seating Ltd approved technician.
Fixed tiered structures
The fixed tiered structures come complete with a 10-year warranty against defects and installation.
Vario / Turn & Learn seating structures/upholstery
Both the Vario Auditorium Seating and the Turn & Learn seating structures come complete with a 10-year warranty against defects and installation.
The upholstery (foam and fabric) is also subject to a 3-year warranty from the completion of the installation. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by others to the upholstery. The fabric manufacturer also provides a 10-year warranty on all it’s materials.
Pixel power units
The Pixel power units come with a manufacturers 1-year warranty against defects and installation, from the completion of the installation. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage or misuse caused by others.
